The USBC requires the SUSBCA board to meet at least quarterly.
The bylaws state that special meetings may be held upon the
request of any board member if a majority of the board approves.

The USBC further requires an annual meeting of association
members/youth representatives be conducted and that it should
be held at a time and place approved by the board.
